Shipping policies

Shipping will be at customer’s expense unless otherwise stated or during a promotion. We ship Monday-Friday during business hours.

Delivery confirmation

Because many instances may occur at your delivery address that are beyond our control, you agree that any delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is deemed sufficient proof of delivery to the card holder, even without a signature.

Return and cancellation policy

Returns are not available on any used or custom items.
If there is a product defect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item so we can correct the problem.
If you are unsatisfied with our product after using it, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. Products may not be returned for scent preference.

Returns will be handled on a case by case basis. If your return is approved, you may return the unused portion 10 days from the date that the product was originally shipped to you for a PRODUCT (not shipping) refund according to the following terms. To obtain a PRODUCT (not shipping) refund, your return must be approved and postmarked 10 days from the date that the product was originally shipped to you.

The following terms apply for all returned items:

• Contact company at 702-960-8857 and state that you will be returning the product.
• Refunds will be issued to the same payment method that was charged when ordering the product.
• Shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Initial shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount if after the return, free shipping requirements were not met.

Company is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery.
After we receive your return, it generally takes 3 business days or sooner to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it usually takes 2 to 3 business days for this return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.

They are also handmade and cut which will cause the size of the product to be different every time.
